The VRIJ GLAS Foundation offers a non-funded Artist-in-Residency
The open application rounds for September October November and March April May are open to professional artists, designers of many crafts, and architects. A residency can last from a week up till one year.
Artist whom previously have worked with us do not need to formally apply.
If you are not previously known to us, you can apply by sending relevant information about your project, like a plan and a budget, together with a photo of yourself if you want, and maybe one or two letters of recommendation as part of your convincing portfolio.
Hot glass furnaces can also be rented at a daily rate.
Blow your own glass, bring your own glassblowers, or let us assist you.
We are the only studio in this part of Europe that can melt colored glass.
